Cancellation Policy
Donors who wish to cancel their donation may submit a cancellation request by contacting Empowering Humanity through email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation requests received within 15 days of the donation date will be reviewed and processed promptly.
To request cancellation, donors should provide:

- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Donation Amount
- Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number
- Date of Donation
Refund Policy
Empowering Humanity respects the wishes of its donors. If a donor wishes to cancel a donation or requests a refund for any reason, the organization will make reasonable efforts to process the request.
Refunds may be requested in the following situations:
- Change of mind by the donor.
- Accidental donation.
- Incorrect donation amount.
- Duplicate transaction.
- Unauthorized transaction.
- Technical payment issues.
- Any dispute raised by the donor regarding the transaction.
Upon verification of the transaction details, the refund shall be processed to the original mode of payment used for making the donation.
Dispute Resolution
If a donor raises a dispute regarding any donation transaction, Empowering Humanity will investigate the matter and respond within a reasonable period.
Where the donor requests cancellation or where a genuine dispute exists regarding a transaction, the donated amount shall be refunded after verification of the transaction details.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date of approval, depending on the banking system, payment gateway, and the donor’s financial institution.
