Dear Sir,I would like to share my recent experience of 12 December 2015 at 09:53 PM Karnal By-pass Delhi. I stood at the Karnal By-pass for more than 1 hr waiting for any buses to stop. In this span around 5-6 buses passed but the driver did not bothered to take the bus near to the passengers waiting at the bus stop. The drivers and conductors were very rude and not at all in a mood to take any passenger abode. Everyone was busy in looking for the passengers for Chandigarh.

I am sure that such inhuman instructions were not issued by the Department, as for them passengers should be the prime concern, not their destination. Bus Number HP53 6315, crossed all the limits and both conductor as well as drivers denied taking any passenger in very unprofessional behaviour.

We are trying to promote the use of Government Vehicles but due to misbehaviour by the staff , people prefer to take either private cab or they travel by their own convence. I am sharing this with the authority so that they can initiate remedial/disciplinary action against the bus driver and conductor of HP53 6315.My written complaint via email and post will follow this post.

I would also expect from Himachal Pradesh State Transport to either inform me on my numbers 1800-1211-911 or 0921-1211-911 about the action taken against the defaulters, else they can directly post it on the facebook page.
